About Us
Persatuan Kebajikan Komuniti Khas Perak is a non-profit Non-Goverment Organization established in 2022 by a small group of professionals in various fields. Our main objective in setting up this NGO is to:

provide aid for people with special needs, such as handicapped persons, mentally retarded persons, homeless people, or the extremely poor, regardless of race, religion, or ethnicity.

increase awareness among Malaysians about the harsh realities faced by "special needs" individuals.
​
-
to collect donations in the form of money, used clothes, home utensils, and so forth that can still be used and distributed to these "special needs" individuals.

DR. KGKRESHNEN
MBBS(UM), LLM (Healthcare and Medical Law (Taylors), Certificate in Mediation (AIADR), MBA (International Business)
Medical Doctor, Medicolegal Advisor, and Certified International Mediator.
​
DR. KGKRESHNEN is currently serving as a Principal Assistant State Director of Health in the Perak State Health Department. He has been serving the public as a medical doctor for the past 16 years in the government sector and his experience in the medical field has taken him to serve in a variety of hospitals in Malaysia, especially in the northern region of the Peninsular. He was initially trained in Forensic Medicine at Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim, Sungai Petani, Kedah, and then worked as a medical officer in the Emergency Department of Penang General Hospital. He had his calling in the field of Medical Law in 2016, when he joined Taylor's University in order to pursue his interest in Healthcare and Medical Law, and graduated in 2018 with his prestigious LLM ( HCML) master's degree. Since then he has pursued a career in International and Domestic Mediation for legal disputes after obtaining a certificate in Mediation after obtaining his Master of Business Administration in International Business in 2022. He is currently an associate of the renowned Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

MR.VISVABARATHI is a well-known figure in Ipoh; in the business circle as well as in politics. Starting off as a simple shop owner in Ipoh in 2009, he has built himself a formidable reputation in the business field as a go-getter and as a man who accomplishes what he sets his target on, no matter the obstacles that lay in front of him. He has acquainted himself with the top-tier politicians and leaders in the country. He is indeed the man to look for in times of need. Mr. Visva has indeed been the main inspiration for us to establish this NGO, as he had proven that we can succeed in our objectives. His vigor and energy, molded together with his talent in public speaking is the perfect combination for this society to succeed.

MR.PRABAGARAN or "Captain Praba" as he is most famously known in Ipoh, is a successful entrepreneur in the field of hairdressing. Operating a saloon in Kampung Simee successfully in the past 20 years; managing a tight schedule, and yet being willing to sacrifice his time and energy for our society, there was no other candidate for the post of treasurer for our NGO. Trustworthiness and commitment may be his most valuable attributes to date but his business acumen could be a very useful skill to be applied in our association.
